check engine light

the check engine light came on on my 99 4runner. I had a check done and it came back as the

1.Oxygen sensor defective
2. Ignition misfire repar
3. Fuel injector problem

Does anybody have any advice on changing out a sensor??

A faulty 02 Sensor can cause the other 2 issues you listed. 02 sensor is just two nuts and a gasket. The only difficult challenge is the ease or difficulty in reaching it to remove it

I put some fuel injector cleaner in the tank... put in a new battery... the check engine light went off???? the 4Runner is running like a champ!!!
