I went with flood because the 28" E2 in the bumper takes care of the distance the headlights can't reach and the 40" RDS up top takes care of the rest LOL.

Congrats on an amazing build. I am a Jeep guy (tj, 4dr rubicon and now a 2014 2dr rubicon) but i joined this forum just because of a pic of your build showed up on a google image search for Gobi racks. I love your setup and have read this whole thread. I would be happy to add a 4runner like your to garage.

Yeah I've got the floods for the back, up front I have Amber D2 driving. I'm going to wire for reverse but want to be able to flip them on when I'm camping as well... now I just need to learn how to wire stuff. :smash:

Incredible build. Good job. Question, why did you decide to turn the exhaust? I read thru most of the thread but didn't see it mentioned.

Typically it helps with departure angles. Though with the TRD "tip" it's likely not helping much as it could if it was really cut short. Often times it's tucked and trimmed so it just barely pokes out from under the rear bumper. It'll create some soot buildup but otherwise the tailpipe often gets smashed on rocks.

I recently found this forum after picking up my '16 TRDP. I saw your thread and said. "Why would you mess with the TRD Pro? It is awesome from the factory. I figured as much since I have heard that being a "complaint" of driving with the rear window down. I understand the departure angle...angle as well. Thanks again.
Thanks so much for all the comments. Only plans as of right now is to get him dirty. Planning some cool trips in the next coming months. I'll be creating some pretty cool content as far as pictures and videos so stay tuned.
