Chudiddy- Inferno TRD PRO Build

I was able to get two 16 ga wires in a sheath through that channel. But it had to be cleaned out first. There was mud and gunk in there, probably from the precious owner living in Spokane.



I took a panel removing tool and just ran it down the channel a few times. Was surprised how much stuff was in there.



Might give that a try and see if it helps.

Think there's any harm in trimming off that flap that's coming out of the weather stripping that you guys are tucking the wires under? I've had the windshield replaced and I'm thinking that Safelite just did a terrible job and that's why I'm having more issues than you guys. I feel like if I trim that flap, then hit the wiring with some heat shrink tubing and spot glue it down into that seam. Don't think that flap is doing much, but don't want to take a chance on moisture seeping through

I wouldn't. It might allow water to be forced past the seal when driving at speed in the rain. I believe the flap is for both noise reduction as well as water dispersion.

I concur with this! How bout trying the passenger side?

My build.

Absolutely love my truck. Traded in my 2000 sr5 back in May and have slowly been adding to my build. I will post more details soon, but the most recent additions are the lift and Nitto Trail Grapplers. It seems that they only offer 20 or 25 inch single row flush mounts.

No I custom fit the 28 inch. Go back a few pages of this thread and I believe there are pics of it.

I saw the post about it. Didn't notice if you said it was custom work or not. Must have missed it.

I am torn over the 20 or 25 inch flush mount. 25 seems like a weird length without many options, and 20 is just kinda small.

The Rigid 28" bar fit perfect vertically. Just needed to cut about 1-1.5" on each end of the opening. Used a plasma cutter for that. Looks so much better and more effective with the bigger LED bar.

Forgive me if this has been covered... Did you do spacers on this build? I'm about to pull the trigger on the fenders and wanted to know if I will need spacers for my oem trail rims? I like the stance of yours and want to duplicate it. Thank it's looking tits.

Hi yes I did use 1.25mm Spidertraxx with the flares. Fills the extra space provided by the flares. I love the stance.

Had the [MENTION=131444]C4 Fabrication[/MENTION] sliders installed for about a week now. Just getting around to posting some pics of them. I think they turned out great and i'll say it again...the sliders and the fuel tank skid are a work of art. They are beefy and look amazing. I 100% recommend them. Enjoy the pics.

HAHA, def the best truck I've ever owned but my S6 is my absolute favorite car that I have ever owned. I get this ear to ear grin every time I get in that car.
