Cigarette Lighter Not Working

Ok so I suppose it's either the fuse or the lighter itself. I bought one of those seat cushions that has heat that plugs into the cigarette lighter. I left it plugged it a couple of times and not the lighter will not work.

Which fuse controls the cigarette lighter and what kind is it?

If I need to buy a new cigarette lighter with wires, etc. where can I buy one?

Also, what's a good cigarette lighter splitter? I've got an iphone, ipad and TOMTOM GPS that I need to keep charged (for my job).

What's the setup like in a '97? I know mine has a dedicated cig lighter and then two extra ones for accessories. If the '97 only has one, it might be kind of cool to switch your center console. Not sure how much effort would be involved with that.
