a few years ago my driver window started to make a bone jarred racket rattle clank at the end of the window stroke, it did this clank in both direction up or down. Again, no noise while moving but only at the end stops.
Today, I ventured in by remove the door panel, with the key on, I started to exercise the window with extreme observation, found the 10 mm bolt on the bottom rail left of the window regulator was loose. I said YES!!!!!!!
I took both sides off then added a lock washer before re-install.
It is all quiet now.
