The video is great, cracks me up how worthless that spotter was tho. He looked like he had no desire to be out there. "now what, can't I just sit in the shade and take a nap?"

I'll be doing the TTORA trifecta, cleghorn, pilot rock 2n17x and dishpan May 5. Do that instead, starts out easy to hard great for newbie, build up confidence.

Looks like Odessa is still on. Hopefully it's a lot less crowded. The newbie run is at the end of May to give my buddy some time to outfit his new to him 4wd.

My GF has a place in Arrowhead, we go up one of twice a month. We've done Willow Springs and Pilot Rock but I've not got the guts to do Cleghorn solo in a locked 2WD without armor and a winch lol

I did a few offshoots (open routes) on pilot rock without issue, guess I'll just get out and hike a few if they look questionable

Come on out with the group! We got you covered! Plus, Cleghorn is not bad at all, there's bypasses. I did cleghorn with my 2wd, I just didn't do the steeper offshoots.
