Clicking from front passenger side

Replaced the CV shafts with Cardone HD shafts, installed Icon CO's and new UCA's, Spidertax 1.5" spacers, factory wheels about 2000 miles ago. Have developed a clicking sound coming from (what sounds like) the front passenger side. It is definitely a rotational sound (meaning what is causing it is rotating) when it happens. Doesn't happen all the time, usually when first driving the car and only for a mile or two. The other day it actulllay happened when I had been driving for a few miles and went over some bumps. Turned around and drove back home with it clicking the entire time then had my wife drive it while I walked alone side and it sounds like it is coming from the passenger side CV shaft where it goes into the diff. The next day I was taking it to the shop that installed everything and got on the highway and it started doing it and was vibrating pretty badly. So I drove side roads all the way there so I wouldn't do anymore damage. Shop says they can't duplicate the noise/problem and he doesn't want to just start throwing parts in there, which I appreciate.

From what I have read on here and was told by the shop the other day, OE CV shafts are about the only way to go as the aftermarket ones tend to have a lot of problems. Shop also mentioned they feel Cardone stuff has gone way down hill as far as quality.

Anyone have any idea what it could be? I am tempted to buy some OE shaft and install them but at $400ish apiece I hate to do it and not fix the problem.
