Clicking Noise

I have a clicking noise coming from my 2000 4Runner Limited 4x4 front end. It sounds like it is coming from the drivers side front wheel.I seems to start at about 50mph or will start sooner if i am in a right hand curve. Any ideas on what it could be? Thanks in advance.

CV joints "click" once they go bad usually it is most noticeable at low speeds with tight turning.

Clicking doesn't make me think wheel bearing, but the fact that it happens over 50 and gets worse in turns does. Jack is up and spin the wheel, see if it has play or spins rough.
