Clicking sound from behind or underneath dashboard

Hello again,

I have a 2004 SR5 V8. I have this clicking sound from behind or underneath dashboard that started about 2 weeks ago. The first thing I did was remove everything from the truck that wasn't bolted down. (My way of eliminating the obvious) The clicking sound is there regardless if I have the A/C turned on or not. The truck can be in park or moving down the road; the sound is still there. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This is an awesome post. I have the same problem so I am going to bookmark this for when I get around to fixing it. Always wondered what that clicking was.

Exactly what I was going to say! Only my driver's side just recently started buzzing. Not clicking etc. But it's definitely the servo. Unplugged it to verify. As far as I can tell it still works. Not sure if it bugs me enough to warrant getting a new one. BTW - thanks for the link. Didn't know it was an "issue".
