Climate Control replacement with Manual Controls

Is it possible to swap an automatic climate control unit (2000 LTD) with a manual control unit?

Mine is working ok, but the dials seem to be getting a bit worn out. I prefer manual controls anyway, but I'm not sure if they can be swapped.
