Clipped concrete gas station bumper; advice on repair?

Howdy everyone, I did some significant damage to my passenger side rear door and door trim the other morning pulling out of a gas pump, any suggestions or advice as to how I could go about fixing this myself? The door is a little bent up but looks like I may be able to bend it back into shape with some vice grips and such, so that the trim could be clipped back on. Attaching some pictures. Thanks all

Ah bummer. I think weve all done dumb stuff like that

Boiling water/ heat gun/ hair dryer will be your friend. Heating up the body will make it a lot more pliable.

You can get dent removal kits from harbor freight or auto parts stores to help pop small things out

be careful with painting/ patching. Less is better and have low expectations In my experience its tough to repaint to get a match

Thank you for the response. I'm still having trouble trying to attach the trim piece back on. I ordered the trim clips for it and everything but I can't seem to bend the corner of the door the right way in order to get all of the anchors clipped in behind the trim. As I push some in on one end, the other ones at the other end pop out. Boiling water didn't seem to help much with making the door more pliable, and I don't think I'll have much luck with dent removal kit with this type of damage. Can't afford body work right now so it looks like I'm going to have to live with it for the time being.

I've had good luck using vice-grips or clamps to hold angle iron in place to keep things from bending elsewhere. The metal bending wide vice-grip is also useful for edges. Keep trying things.
