Clock screen replacement

Due to an unfortunate incident, the screen of the clock on my 4runner is now smashed. I have been searching around, but none of the keywords I can think of lead me to a replacement of the screen part itself, instead I only find people asking for backlight replacements. Just for more clarification, this is the display that has the clock, the AC information, as well as gas mileage, mileage remaining, etc. If anyone can point me in the right direction, I'd be very grateful.

A junk yard would be a good start. They only take about 5 min to get off the dash if you have not done it already. Threads on changing head units will show you how to get the clock/hvac unit off.

They show up on ebay from time to time, but are super expensive, I would also try some local salvage yards first

When replacing yours (ebay), be sure the HVAC matches.

For instance:
1) Have a pre-2005? Getting a 2006+ will plug right in, but your airbag light will turn on (different generation airbag).
2) SR5 vs. Limited
3) Cosmetically: Does your have JBL? B/c non-JBL equipped 4Runners have the HVAC a TAD different than JBL. Difference isn't much, just cosmetic.

OR if you are technically proficient, get a HVAC that isn't messed up like yours and just transplant the screen. When taking it off, just be careful. No, I've never done it, but it has been done (reported).
