If there is a Batteries + Bulbs in your area, they sell a Northstar rebranded battery that is called X2 Power. It has a full 5 year full replacement warranty versus 4 from Northstar.

Also, with a readily available discount code and sometime rebates offered on these batteries you can get it for well below $300. I paid $263 for my 24F in late 2019.

Lastly, if a warranty issues arises, you simply find your nearest B+B for warranty support; no jumping through hoops like with a NS.

OTOH, it's your money and your choice so spend it anyway you'd like.

This is the way better route to take, and what I ended up doing when I replaced my GB battery due to no response.

HOLY SHIT! - I guess I spoke a couple days too soon! You won't believe this.

Arrived today via fedex ground (Yes, on a SUNDAY)

Brand spanking new - Northstar G65m replacement battery!!!!:guitar3:arty:

Shipped direct from Northstar.

I have no clue if this was because of the seller or my claim directly to Northstar. Either way - I'm good!

EDIT: It arrived 5 days short of 2 months from when I submitted it to northstar via the link above. It's been a lot longer than that since I had any response of any kind from the seller.(well over 2 months)
