My uncle is actually the one helping me build the shift controller and writing the software for it, but thanks!

Parts finally showed up today, time to start building stuff. :beer:

Under construction. Some of the parts were wrong, so more waiting.

Chip is programmed to test the logic, it works! Cycles through all 4 positions, if in 1st and down shift again does't go to 4th and if in 4th and up shift doesn't go to 1st, if both buttons are hit simultaneously it doesnt change positions, LED's progressively follow gear position, stuff like that.

So I know a guy with a home made cnc machine and if he has time he is going to buzz out a custom printed style control board from copper-clad board for me.
