clunk/creek on speed bumps, KDSS system?

there is a noise when I shake the truck side to side or drive over small bumps or speed bumps. It's when I'm going less than 25-30mph, faster than that and it's quiet. It doesn’t appear to be shocks, ball joints or control arms. I can feel it faintly in the kdss front sway bar. Can it be the hydraulic system ? Low on fluid in there or something?

I just had done the recollect Toyota frame complete. I also have had new shocks and struts replaced. Have new tires. Now all of a sudden my truck squeezes bad when I go slowly over speed bumps. May 2018Front left wheel bearing. 2014 replaced fuel pump replaced.

I can also rock side to side my truck real easy.
