clutch bleeding help...

so i did the manual transmission swap, everything is installed correctly (thanks to many helpful writeups). anyways, my clutch lines wont bleed. ive tried many things including bench bleeding both the master and the slave cylinder. but the clutch pedal will not build pressure at the bleeder valve. Ive tried the traditional way of pumping the pedal, holding down and cracking open the bleeder valve, and i also went out and bought a vacuum bleeder, neither with any success.

im ready to roll this thing off a cliff, and i only have 5 days before i ship out to bootcamp. someone please help.

I've done this twice and not had any issues. Are you sure the parts are good, were they new? And are you certain that the bench bleed was done right? No offense intended, I don't know your experience level. I believe the possibilities are few: either a bad master cylinder or it wasn't bled fully.

Are you still getting air when you bleed?
Or is it showing full fluid bleeding out?

I ask because just recently I had a clutch problem, one day while driving the clutch peddle went straight to the floor. So I figured one or the other was bad, I decided to put new ones in ( master, slave) still was not able to get it to work. I went through the same steps as you, even got a bleeding pump. After many days of being mad trying to get it to work I gave up and sent my truck to toyota. Now, let me be clear, I was not getting any bubbles, when bleeding however my clutch still would not feel like it had pressure.

Long story short I had a cracked clutch fork, so while my master and slave were working correctly when I depressed the peddle the hydraulics was working fine but the clutch fork was flexing under pressure therefore not transferring the pressure to my clutch plates.

This is hard to determine, because it happened after the pivot point which is incased in the bell housing. So when I would look at the slave cylinder watching the piston move a good inch or so and pushing the fork forward I was deceived into thinking it was working all while the actual problem was hiding from me just a few inches inside on the other side of the clutch fork.
