So, if you install a standard Bosch-type relay (a foglight relay is fine--NAPA has a million choices for <$10), with the coil between the black-red wire and the incoming 12V+ line, and the contacts in parallel with the pedal switch, you should be in business.
Switch:
Power: Black/yellow (T3)>>>>>Black/yellow (T7) on truck plug
Upstream of Switch: Black/red (T2)>>>>Relay Term 85
Ground:White/Black (T1)>>>>White/Black (T5*) on truck plug
Relay:
Term 85>>>Black/Red off switch (T2)
Term 86>>>Black/Yellow (T7) on truck plug
Term 30>>>Solid Black (T1) on truck plug
Term 87>>>Black/white (T3) on truck plug.

A pigtail will run another $15, or just crimp or solder on spade connectors for pennies:

That should do it.
