Clutch Job - Other Things To Replace While It's Out?

I have a 1999 3.4L 4x4 5spd, and I am planning on replacing my clutch soon and I am compiling a list of other things to replace while I have the transmission out.

Here is what I have so far:
Clutch
Pressure plate
Flywheel
Throwout bearing
Pilot bearing
Rear main seal
Tailshaft seal
Output shaft seals


Is there anything else I should look into replacing?

I'd probably go ahead and do the shifter seat while it was already out.

I just did the clutch/flywheel/throw-out and pilot change, you could do the rear main seal if you wanted to, but i like going along the lines of if it aint broke, dont fix it.

If you have any bad u-joints, or want to change the the diff oils, this is an excellent time to do it, especially if you have it on a lift, this will get the rears and the t-case/tranny with new fluids which means you shouldnt really ever have to touch them again, unless you are going to keep the truck another 10 years.

So I did this same thing 3 years ago. I had the dealer do it since I did not have the time. I did every thing you are looking at doing and now wish I had dome a couple more. I know you don't have to but I would replace the clutch fork and all pins that hold it that moves the throw out bearing. Also make sure they don't reuse the spring for the throw out bearing, mine clicks now.
since your truck is one year older than my 2000 Sport with 5spd you may want to consider replacing your clutch master and slave or at least buy the rebuild kits. I just ordered mine from Toyota since I have crappy luck with rebuild kits. Just my 2 cents! :horn:
