clutch problems!!!!

no, that wouldn't change anything.
the disc is positioned by the friction material, the plate itself.

it doesn't matter which way its in there, it will still be pinched exactly in between the flywheel, and pressure plate.

This is a valid point. I was just throwing that out there. My first suspect is the fork is out of position, since we have ruled out hydraulics.

The firewall flexing, bad pedal mounts syndrome should also be ruled out.

So when do we find out?

I finally got my clutch fixed today. Everything checked really close as compared to the new stuff I put in. All new aisin parts went back in and it feels like a new one off the showroom floor!! The only thing I can figure is maybe the pressure plate had some weak fingers in it. It only had 10k miles on it and the p.o. said it was like that the 1st day he picked it up and they told him it was the slave cyl. causing it! Lol My opinion is they used some cheap ass parts and didnt want to redo it so they lied to him. Anyway....$199 complete Aisin clutch set and im back in the saddle.
