I got my tablet mount completed for now, thanks to the info from [MENTION=166904]TerraCrawler[/MENTION].

The only think I did differently was using a longer arm, as well as using a Ram X-Grip holder...

We just got back from Ouray, and once again, had a great time! The scenery (and trails) never gets old!

Good to see that there isn't snow up there right now. We're headed to Moab next Friday and then swinging through Ouray on the way home.

Yeah, it was still pretty warm, compared to this time last year up there. I plan to head back again at the first part of October, and will run whatever trails are still open!

Have fun in Moab & Ouray, and post some pictures when you get back!

How'd you run your wires for roof lighting? Finally adding my rigid bar to the top after giving up on Gobi ever making the correct bracket for a Baja bar. Looking for ideas to get the wires run - just need to get them to my engine bay, since I'm running a switch pro.

What's up K9 HAULR?.....I just ran the wiring down the driver's side windshield channel. I wrapped the wiring with just enough black electrical tape, to where you can securely just press it into the channel. It doesn't move. It also matches the black molding, so hardly noticeable. Good luck!

I ended up keeping the Tundra. I put some custom bumpers and aftermarket wheels and tires on it. I'll post a picture of it later this week. I still miss the 4Runner though. I like the 4Runner forum, the Tundra one is nearly non existent.

I actually sold the Viper a while back......If I were to get another one, it would have to be a 16-17 ACR! Unsure though, since we are thinking about getting out of Texas!

Ouray/Telluride - October 2018

I just got back from another trip to Ouray/Telluride!

It started snowing the night we drove in, and by morning, all of the great passes/trails were impassable.

We still had a great time, and did what trails we could....as well as spent some additional time in the great town of Telluride!

Which light bracket did you guys used for the light bar? Im giving up with Gobi too, they havent respond back

CBI Front Bumper/34'' Toyo MT's

It's been a while, but I just recently installed the CBI front bumper. The bumper is of very high quality, and CBI was right on track, as far as the lead time is concerned (about 12 weeks)....

I chose the amber Baja Designs Squadron Sports, along with their amber S-8 30'' light bar.
I plan on installing the winch, when I get some time here shortly (Warn Zeon 10-S).

I also went from the 285/70-17 Toyo MT's, to the 285/75-17's of the same tire. The diameter is 34.08''......
I plan on doing a re-gear, probably later on this year..... but it's really not too bad as it is, at least to enjoy the rest of this summer, and into fall.

Suspension Update/IKamper

I recently updated the suspension.... as I took off the previous Icon non-resi. shocks. (I plan to rebuild these, in order to replace the same, aging Icon shocks on my wife's 2015 4Runner)

I upgraded the front & rear to Icon's Remote Reservoir w/ CDCV, along w/ 700lb springs.... to account for the earlier addition of the CBI front bumper, and winch going in soon..
For the rear, in order to keep about an inch of rake, I added small 15mm Dobinson's spacers on top of the existing 3'' Icon Overland springs. I have the Dobinson's 701V's in the garage on stand-by, but everything seems to ride well as is, for now.

I also picked up an IKamper Skycamp 4x in Denver, and camped solo for several days down in the San Juan mountains....Awesome time.
I am heading back to Silverton/Ouray next week with the wife and daughter, to hit more of the trails this time.....

Curious with all the updates, why did you stick with the Pro rims? Like the looks?

As far as the Pro wheels, I've had no problem with them, and it hasn't really been a priority for me up to this point...........but new wheels have been entering my mind, more and more, over the last few months, so we'll see!
