Code 52 Help

Yes, I have searched and read a multitude of threads on this issue.

95 4Runner, 3VZE 3.0, automatic.

Mechanic just finished install of a reman from Oregon Engine Builders, their super stock 3.0. Stared right up but once under load we got a Code 52 CEL. Vehicle is not drivable once the CEL comes on. Distributor cap, plugs and wires were all replaced. We have tried the following:

(1) Replaced Pigtail
(2) Replaced Knock Sensor
(3) Smoke tested vacuum lines
(4) Tried Knock Sensor mounted at engine hook (remote locating of sensor)
(5) Hardwired knock sensor with new shielded/coaxial wire all the way back to ecu
(6) Replaced ECU.

Any suggestions, other than just driving it into a lake and forgetting about it? Much appreciated.

I finally solved my issue by replacing the new knock sensor with a new knock sensor from Toyota. Apparently the aftermarket sensor was causing the problem.
