Code P0606 ECM

Hi i have a 2007 4runner. I have check engine light on with code P0606. Everything works fine. Some times lights goes off and the comes back on. I've seen many info of reflashing or changing pcm. Has anyone had the same experience? Or some advice please.

I have been experiencing the same thing. I even replaced the ECU but the same problem continues. I am also searching for answers.
