Coil Lift Help

i planning to get a set of ome coils, to lift my four runner. I wanted to fit a slightly larger tire. A 31'' actually, they rub slightly now. Will i also need a body lift to clear the tire? Does the coil create any space, or does it just raise it higher off the ground.

Well depending on how much sag your current springs have incurred it's highly probable that the OME STOCK HEIGHT coils will lift your rig a couple inches. Your stock height rig should clear 31's without issue. Since they are not I am guessing the coils you have on now are just toasted.
