Lets say you have a king 2.5 oem replacement coilover, it has a 600 lb spring, now, lets say we are shooting for 2.5" of lift. To do thi s lets say we have to compress the spring 1". by compressing the spring are we not adding to the spring rate. say 1" of compresion is = to 100 lbs, is the 600 lb spring rate compressed at 1" now 700 lbs, thus making the ride quality poo poo.
Does anyone make a replacement 3" taller spindle that keeps the track width the same or close to it without making the truck ridiculously wide and needing glass fenders.
