So my last two fill ups i have noticed my mpgs have gone down drastically. Normally i can get about 255 miles to a full tank, these last fill ups i have only gotten 220 or less before completely empty. I made sure when i filled up and each time i could put in 17.4 gallons...
So i decided to dig into the engine and see if i could find the problem. Upon inspecting i found that the contact point with the spark plug wire to the coil pack was all grey/ash colored and the other two were still nice and gold/shiny. Could this be the culprit? and if so would changing all 3 more then likely solve the issue?
