Cold air intake or short ram air intake??

I have an exhaust leak so it is finally time to get an exhaust system! What should I get? I would like to match the system with a cold air system or short ram air intake. What is best for the 4runner I'm looking for more power, a good sound ( so it finally sounds like a v8 lol ), and gas mileage but in already getting 14 so that doesn't matter much at all just wishful thinking XD

There isn't a "best" of either item, IMO, and don't expect much for power gains from a CAI and/or exhaust.

If I were to spend your money it would be a K&N cold air intake paired with a Gibson exhaust.

I have never heard of Gibson? How expensive are they? And that's what I was thinking knn or spectre but wasn't sure if there was any cold ram air intakes or not....
