Most of us are still trying to figure out what happened last night (besides a lot of cussing and liver damage). We expected first-game jitters. Just not THAT bad. It was embarrassing, but I know we still have the talent level to win the East. Just have to move on and start prepping for VT.


But I gotta be honest, I've never felt so disheartened after a win.

I wouldn't worry too much about it. You got all season.
 
Yeah, it was just hard to watch sloppy football. But like you said, better to get it out of the way now.


Tomorrow is going to be a GREAT day though. Possibly the best opening CF Saturday in recent history.

Hope y'all crush Mizzou tomorrow! I've been to some craaazy parties in Morgantown... funny you mention burning... because at one of the parties we were at, they burned a mattress in the street. Haha.

As we said earlier, it's too early to jump to any conclusions, but Houston looks like the real deal! Makes me nostalgic for the ol' Andre Ware days.

Not really sure how beating Alabama and Oregon 2 years ago makes Ohio State overrated when 'Bama was #1 and Oregon throttled FSU by 39. Just sayin'.

And since you brought up '96... sloppy conditions in which Tenn used illegal cleats. Small advantage, but in that game, every advantage mattered. Tennessee still wins I think, but it's not a game to necessarily be proud of.

No love for David Klingler? But man, both those guys had forgettable NFL careers.
