Yes, there is a slight difference in color on mine. I think this has to do with the cladding being painted in different places. The fender flares are prepainted if you want to order a replacement, so that leads me to believe they just have a bunch that are painted already and snap it on the body when they are produced. Does that make sense? This is also apparent on some of the last generation Camry's and Corolla's. If you look carefully, the front and rear bumpers have a slightly different shade under certain lighting.
Oh, and Pacific Blue's the best, but you can't get an SE with it.
