The funny part is that I am finally able to hit some trails on the 8th and they think it may snow then. Red elephant hill in the snow???

Not yet- this will be my first time. Going out with a group of Jeep owners, including my friend who has a rubicon. It looks daunting.

We got between 1/4 and a 1/2" up here in the Craig/Steamboat area and I drove over Rabbit Ears pass last night and it was snowing pretty hard. Where is Red Elephant?

The trail looks like it is maybe an hour west of Denver on I70.

Its going to be tough in the snow. There is really just one section that is a bit hairy. I've done it before a few times but never in the snow. But I don't have lockers

Hello fellow Coloradans! I agree, the snow situation really sucks... we need moisture of any kind at this point. Has anyone seen Lake Dillon, it's like 30-40 feet low! Very strange sight
Anyway, there really are a lot of 4Runners in CO. I was back in MN over T-day and noticed that I wasn't seeing nearly as many around... lots of modded ones here too.

I spent a few days around the Denver area earlier this month, cruising around hoping to spot one of you guys. Seems like CO is the modded 4Runner capital of the US, but I didn't see even 1

Well I'm not "modded" yet but I do have the T4R.ORG decal in digi snow camo on the back window so if you see me. Honk!! I spend a lot of time around Ft. Collins/Denver area. We should totally have a meet and greet sometime.
