Colorado

Is anyone planning on wheeling tomorrow?

OK, I probably should have tried a different approach rather than asking in the 11th hour.

Is anyone part of any local 4 wheeling clubs?

I found Rising Sun Toyota 4x4 Club, but haven't attended their meetings (1st Wed each month).

It's not a fully dedicated Toyota group, but check out Rocky Mountain Overland. They do mostly basic trail runs and intro to 4x4, but it's a good group none the less.

Talk to Kevin at Johns 4x4 in Boulder. Good guy and they do good work. Slee tends to be a tad expensive, but they have a good reputation.

Thanks for the recommendation. I ended up stopping by Slee for the first time and I was very impressed. The price quoted was fair so I scheduled the suspension work there. I ended up installing the sliders myself to save a little on the install fees.

If yall are on FB - check out the groups called "TRC: Toyotas Rockin Colorado" & "Colorado Toyota 4x4"

Anyone have running boards for sale in CO

Looking for a set of rb for a trail edition. Prefer nfab or rigid ones.. Please let me know if u have any laying around

For those of you not on the facebook groups, there is an event this coming weekend. Sunday September 18th.

We are running Argentine pass (OK for stock 4x4)

If you have a chance, join the Colorado Toyota 4x4 group and RSVP for the event.

"Come one, come all! Spend time with the one you love (your Toyota) while taking in the beginning of the color change in Colorado. We'll depart from the trail head from Guanella Pass and 351 (Leavenworth Rd) just outside Georgetown at 8:30 a.m. There's a cool mine at the top that we'll stop, eat and mingle at. Should be fun! "
-from the event description.

I saw this as well. I am a 50/50 right now. Trying to clear it with the boss.

Spotted a silver 4th gen in the Littleton/Ken Caryl area a couple days ago. Sweet rig with what appeared to be an Addicted front bumper. Just curious if the owner is on here.

Spotted this SR5 tonight in Denver, outside Atomic Cowboy. You in here?

Not sure if this would be the right place, but being in Colorado I'll ask. I'm getting ready to install my lift and I'm looking for some beginner trails since this is my first off-road capable vehicle, what do you guys recommend? I'm in Colorado Springs. Is there a thread made for Colorado trails on here? Thanks!

Check out Rainbow Falls outside Woodland park. There are some trails with varying difficulty. Most are easy.

The FJ Cruisers are more active and organized than most others at least for a non club. Great bunch of people and you can learn a lot from them.

Just moved to Summit County back in December 16'. Just another northeast transplant!

Really missing having a space to work on my runner already. Would like to get these running boards ripped off now that the snow is gone. Anyone in the area have some space/want to lend a hand?

Just moved to the Springs from Katy Texas (Houston area). Any good Facebook groups for springs are 4runners?
Side note: my 4Runner is running rough. I loaded her on a trailer at 120' above sea level, and off loaded her at 6500'. I think she had altitude sickness LOL
