Concerned about brake lines.

I'm installing a 3/1.25 Truxxx lift on my 2005 4x4 v8 next week. While we're in there, I was thinking about throwing in a used FJ suspension too for a little extra. My concern is stretching and/or breaking the brake lines. Is there anyone who has done a similar job that can tell me how the brake lines faired? I may be able to score used FJ springs and shocks locally for near nothing. I don't want to get them if I'm just going to kill my brakes though.

You can always get longer brake lines.

For a reference, the OME 2" lift does NOT require extended brake lines. I would probably extend them for anything much over that amount. If you do, get brand new ones (they expand over time), and preferably good quality braided stainless lines.
