Do you know of a real estate agent that went “above and beyond” and closed the deal to your satisfaction?

The real estate niche now is very unstable from my point of view. Before involving in, it's better to consult some surveys. I've already bought a flat and sold it later at a higher price. But prices have been rising for several years, and about two months ago, I was convinced that there would be a crash in this segment and stopped investing. Moreover, I've sold all the real estate and haven't bought any since then. The guys from S Jones Surveying did great work that made me think about my investments.
