Hey, everyone - Today is my Runner's B-day (purchased one year ago today). Bought her some new shoes and nail polish (265/75/16 duratracs/Rustoleum Hi-temp outdoor grill paint). Not necessarily OG, but it's what I got. Lift getting completed next month. Thanks to all for all the generous posts to research. You folks rule. Shout out to the Omaha runners (cause we have so much awesome terrain to peruse). Hooray Beer -

Nice looking ride. I think those rims look a lot better in black, especially on silver, dune, or white rigs.

Hope you took shovels, chains, and an avalanche transponder for that glacier outing. Or two cups of ice melt.

Hey, everyone - Today is my Runner's B-day (purchased one year ago today).

That's cute. I'm days away from the 17th birthday of when my 4Runner was purchased by my family.

All kidding aside, I like what you've done with it, very clean so far, keep it up!

thanks everyone -can't wait to keep plugging away on this thing. Last year was mostly maintainence work, this year is the fun stuff -

I like it.

I might be biased but looks very much like mine less the limited flairs and sotashi grille.

I prefer a clean, uncluttered look. Having the boards off, nice wheels, and small lip bumper makes it look good.

Just wondering...265 75 16?

Did you mean 15?

The stock wheels in black look good, how many cans and coats did you do? Might have to paint mine now

No, man - they're stock 16" 6 spoke 96 rims. Don't believe it required many cans. My tire guy did it. He gave me half a rattle can left over. Only charged me $15 to do it. Made another post seeing what other opinions are regarding this http://www.toyota-4runner.org/3rd-gen-t4rs/136218-black-rim-thoughts-lets-discuss.html cheap but also cheap to touch-up. I don't care that much about cosmetics to pay for powder coating personally -

Huh, did you check? I have a '97 that came stock with split spokes, but there 15"

I was going to powder coat mine but yours look really good so I might just do that

I'm positive , dude. Just ordered another OEM aluminum off of e-bay for my spare. It's a 16 and it's exactly the same as all my others. The Rustoleum is the cheap man's powder coating. Fine with me. I don't care enough about cosmetics to spend tons of money on it. Rather spend it on functionality and longevity purchases -

lol are you sure you know what size your wheels are? It's not like you bought tires for a 16" rim or anything and they fit perfectly... I think he needs a picture hahaha
