coolant in 6th cylinder

my 94 SR5 3.0L manual v6 has a 6th cylinder full of coolant. Not sure if i should put the $ into it to find out what is wrong/ sell it/ engine swap. 155k ran decent clutch was slipping slightly plus will have to address body rust if i decide to repair. any advice would be great.

The 3.0 is known for blown head gaskets, so there's the place to start.
