Coolant leakage from manifold

Hey all, replaced the water pump and thermostat, but still getting a little coolant leakage. It looks like it's coming from the front manifold above the water pump. I suspect it is the water bypass pipe that runs under the manifold from the thermostat to the back (inlet to the heater)? I googled and could not find the procedure for the manifold removal or replacement of the pipe on a 2007 v6? Anyone ever do this replacement or can offer advice? Thanks!

I'm going to check this weekend, hopefully is only a hose with a small leak.

Did some investigation to the coolant leak. Here is what I found so far....
First 3 are what I was seeing as a coolant leak.





Next is when I removed the air intake assembly.




I tried to run the 4 runner without the air assembly on to see if I could find an active leak, but it would not start without the unit attached. I then assumed that, from the pattern of the spray, it may be the By Pass Hose (16261) where it was attached to the metal line. No Dealer had it in stock, so I cut off the end of the Hose and used a screw type Hose clamp to secure it.




We'll see if the leak stops, then I'll order a new Hose.
