Red coolant is what you need.
Specifically “Toyota Genuine Long Life Coolant” which is red, the pink coolant is "Super Long Life Coolant"
If you look in your owner's manual the info is in there, depending on your build date it will be on page 350, or 354, or close to those pages, there are 5 different owner's manuals depending on the build date for the 2003 year model, but it states the same coolant in all of them.

Not to thread hijack - but has anyone ever used this coolant?
I’m doing a radiator swap next week and this was all I could find in my area!
That should be fine..as long as it states it meets the requirement of "Toyota Super Long Life" coolant...BUT just to out of curiosity is it Pink in color?
I use Zerex Asian Pink coolant, I ask because Zerex also makes a green Asian coolant that is specifically for Acura, Honda, Infiniti, Nissan, etc., Zerek also makes a red for earlier Toyotas, and also a blue Asian coolant.

It’s red. They also have a blue for Honda/Nissan on it but this red one specifically stated Toyota/Lexus/Scion

As it says 10 years on the bottle I assume it's Toyota super long life compatible, the red stuff is only 2 or 3 years I think.
I thought you could use the Super long life stuff in older vehicles as long as you flushed all the old stuff out. But double check.

Hmmm, red, well I can't say it's fine without knowing if it also states that it meets the requirements of...."Toyota Long Life Coolant" or it's states that it meets the requirements of "Toyota Super Long Life Coolant" or both.

His is a 2003 and needs to use Red coolant which is "Toyota Long Life Coolant", your's is a 2008 and needs to use Pink coolant which is "Toyota Super Long Life Coolant", these are 2 different coolants with different additives for specific Toyota year model vehicles, so if you really want to know if that Prestone coolant can be use as the pink Toyota Super Long Life Coolant, then you need to verify that it meets the requirement of "Toyota Super Long Life Coolant", I don't think it can meet both Red and Pink requirements, but the only way to know is read the entire label, if it doesn't state that info I would hesitate to use it because Toyota hasn't verified that it does meet those requirements.
That being said in the short term it most likely wouldn't do any harm to use it short term until you can find the correct coolant and then do a flush and use the correct coolant, there have been a few member here that used green coolant because they thought all coolants are the same or a garage put it in, until they found out it wasn't a good idea and switched to the correct coolant with it seem no harm done at least that they know of.

These coolants in the aftermarket are formulated to be compatible with all toyotas. I used zerex in my 4runner and peak asian in my sienna. Only the toyota coolant has a pink and/ or red versions. You will be fine with prestone. The best practice is to change it every 60-80,000 miles no matter which you use.
Hell I used prestone green universal coolant in my Lexus IS300 2001 for the last 200,000 miles and it never had any issues all the way to 300,000 miles when I sold it. If it states safe to be mixed with all coolants, use it. The science is much better today than 30 years ago.

My suggestion though is to drain the block before refilling. There is a brass petcock on both sides with 10mm valve nut. Go thru the wheel well. Half the coolant doesnt drain out otherwise. If you want to be thorough, disconnect one of the heater core hoses at the firewall and dump distilled water in to flush out the core as well. Or you can gently use compressed air to blow it out.
When refilling remove a heater core hose and fill with engine off until coolant comes out. Its the high point in the system and will remove most of the air
