Coolest Cooler

Nice......
but.....
He does not mention one detail regarding how long the "Coolest" keeps ice. Is it going to keep ice for 1/2 a day like a cheap cooler or is it going to keep ice like an Igloo "MAX" or is it awesome like a Canyon or Yeti cooler........?!
Nice idea though.

Eh. It's a $25 Walmart cooler with some gimmicks. It looks well thought out and I'm sure he'll make some money with that, but not from me.

It's got some neat features but the first thing I noticed was it had no seals. Without seals it's not going to hold ice much longer than any other cheap ice chest.

Good for backyard use, but then if you were to do that you can just walk to the kitchen...not practical for outdoor rec use.

You should give your money to the guy making potato salad.

Anyone who has $45k in donations for potato salad obviously knows something, has some kind of secret method or recipe.

I mean wow there is no way the internet has 6000 suckers who would fumd potato salad. They must know something big.

Quick ... Go there now and donate. You will see!

Well he has almost $3 million from 15k+ supporters, so some people must think it's a good idea.

I can see it being convenient while barbequing or going to the beach or car camping, etc. Though the features I would actually use I can get from just leaving the accessories on in the 4Runner and having a cheap foam cooler. It's a sweet compact package though, I'd take one :D

I want a cooler that performs like a Yeti cooler or the ARB without having to pay an arm and a leg for it.

I do like some of the ideas on that cooler, but most I think are a bit frivolous.

If bearproof isn't on the list of required features, just get a Coleman Extreme. I've seen a couple different head to head tests where it compared nicely to the high end Engels and such, at 10% the price.

Or better yet track down one of the vintage metal Coleman coolers with the metal handles and the bottle opener! Since they're a metal shell, they keep ice super well and you can usually find them for a pretty good price. I found this one for $20!
