Have these tires been discontinued?

I have had several tires shop here tell me that they can not get them...

I got mine from America's Tire. I remember their website saying they didn't have them in stock and would have to be ordered. One shop too lazy to order them, so I went somewhere else. Lots of lazy shops these days.
