I had such a hard time getting the assembly back in with the ball joint disconnected, perhaps it was because the xreas limited the area of movement, do you have xreas?
Dont forget the alignment and headlamp adjustment.

Esp dont forget the alignment. I noted a few things with my alignment, one of them being: make sure you go to a place that has an alignment specialist who can set the machine for the new dimensions. This is pretty important.
As for the headlamp adjustment, I didn't do it. I always thought mine were too low, and now they are just right. I've only had someone flash me once about it.
Looks awesome !!!! hard to tell the rake with it not being on a level surface as the before picture .
I like to have atleast an inch of rake . I don't like the level look. It seem the bodystyle of the 4R makes it look rear heavy.
I think the 2/1 is perfect for these trucks for looks but not an over kill.

wow!! that looks awesome... the 3rd gen in my sig took me 12 hours to do!!! but with the end result all that work was worth it... I FEEL YOUR PAIN ON TRYING TO GET THE SHOCK TO WHERE IT SUPPOSED TO GO AFTER THE LIFT IT PROBABLY TOOK ME 6 HOURS TO PUT IT BACK (EXAGERATION)

In response to DenZ. I just installed the 3/2 Cornfed and it is awesome. I waivered between 2/1 and 3/2 and am glad I went with the 3/2. It looks and rides great with the tires I am running. With the assistance my brother and complete air power the entire installation took about 3 hours. The Cornfed kit is extremely well-designed. One issue with the instructions was that the photo showing how to align the spring/shock assembly was off by about 90 degrees.

Guys, I would like to get your opinion on doing it. I know doing it by your self is more better but I'm planning the mechanic to do it for me as I'm not competent / comfortable enough to do it. Do you think those mechanic availble like Maidas, Napa etc., can do it properly or there any special mechanic to do it?
BTW if anybody from Chicago area that can recommend any good mechanic?

Thanks! I upload them to imageshack.us and then I click the img button below the size scroll down button on the reply thread screen, and put the paste the website that imageshack gave me.
And taking off the RB is super easy. I think its a 12mm socket. Just get under your car and take out the 6 bolts. Once I got the board out I put the bolts back in though.

Thanks for the instructions Simple - I'm practicing a photo attachment. The only thing that might hold me back from taking off the running boards is that I use a Thule rack sometimes (as shown in the picture) and it's kind of nice to be able to stand on the running board.
