CORRECT offset for 20 inch rims?????

I'm looking to put some new rims and tires on my 2006 black 4runner Limited. It's a 4x2, so I'm not going off roading in it. I'm leaning towards a 20 inch rim with a 9 inch width. I know this is wide, but I really like the look of a wider tire.

Does anyone know the correct offset I need?
The rim I'm looking at comes with an 0 offset or they make it with an +18 offset.

and what size tires would be best for these rims?

Honestly, offset isn't a big deal. Stock offset is +35mm I believe. Depends what kind of stance you're going for. Anything smaller than 35 will stick out more. My rims have an offset of 0 so they stick out 35 mm more than stock, or the same as having a 35mm spacer. If you like a wider stance, go with the 0 mm offset. +18 mm offset will still be wider than stock.

I have 20x9+15 if u want flush your gonna need more than that I have a .5in spacer in the rear n it's nice n flush the front still sunk in a bit... If all they offer is +18 then get that n use spacers to get the flushness u like.

R u lifting or lowering? Stock height u can get away with 265/50/20 that's what I have now. N I'm lowered. So u can definitely raise the sidewall profile. I will be staggering my tire Sizes.

Thanks for the info! Very helpful, Whitebeauty, your 4runner looks sharp, nice and clean. I'm just going to keep the lift mostly stock, I may put a 1inch daystar level kit in the front, but that's it. But not sure on that yet.

I don't mind the tires sticking out more than stock to give it a wider stance. They make these rims in a 0 offset and a +18 offset.

OP, remember that offset is a function of rim width and since you're looking at wheels that are 1.5" wider than stock you need to take that into consideration. you may end up well outside the fenders so depending on your location and relationship with local PD, this could put a bullseye on your 4runner. Just something to consider...
