As many know. driving a runner is not the most economical but the same holds true for many reasons on all other vehicles.
Maintenance, insurance and gas all have varied impact on what it cost ovrer all to operate your vehicle.
I think I'm about 17.00/hr just rough calculating but I could be a buck or 2 off.
This especially helps if you are calculating cost of a wheeling trip where you cannot count street gas mileage and the additional wear and tear (higher maintenance costs) plays a greater factor.
I've done this for past vehicles and found it to be a somewhat accurate method after all the dust settles over a 6 month period of note taking and number crunching.
Some sort of app to do this may be useful to some.:der:
