Craigslist Find - 2013 FJ cruiser struts and Springs

My 3rd gen needs new struts. Do you this these will fit a 1999 4Runner? Are they a good deal?

Not trying to be a DB but do a search on this. Its been covered many times.

Butttttttt...the fronts don't work at all. The rear shocks will and i've heard of the rear springs working but the diameters are larger on the FJ so i don't think it would seat properly.
