Crankshaft Codes P:0016, 0340, 0453, 0606

My father-in-law has been driving my 05' SR5 for about 18 months now. Hes stubborn and feels the noise (riding rough) will go away. After my anger subsided, I stole the t4r back and pulled engine codes.

P0016 - Crankshaft Position - Camshaft Position Correlation
P0335 - Crankshaft Position Sensor "A" Circuit
P0453 - Evaporative Emission System Pressure Sensor/Switch High
P0606 - ECM/PCM Processor

Should I just plan to pucker and take it?.....ride has 355K on her...and the orig timing chain. What am I staring at?

I'd clear the codes and see what shows first. With so many it makes me wonder if a critter chewed some wires or you have a crusty connector somewhere.

cleared with ODB scanner. The 0453 would not clear. Tried several times and was consitently there without starting the car. Started the car and 0340 came right back as did 0606.

I guess I'd follow 0453 first. Seems it could be one of the things in the link. Kinda need a schematic or at least put an ohm meter on the connector the module connects to. Shouldn't show as a complete open and probably not a short but just guessing. You didn't mention 0340 originally. Seeing the ECM is an issue too I would look at the connectors that attach to it. Look for corrosion or compromised wiring. You may need to bring this one to a decent mechanic.
