Custom Black Billet grilles?

I have seen a lot of real sweet black billet grilles on here with either Toyota, 4runner or TrD in the center of it. My question is where can you find these that will fit 3rd gens? Is their any company that manufactures them for a decent price? Or do you have to buy them from individuals custom made? How much money do these run on average?

Yeah for us 3rd genners we either have to make it ourself or have someone slse make it.
Nobody sells one.
There are lots of threads on here about it.
