Custom DIY sliders ?? Who's got 'em?

1990 - 2013 Toyota 4Runner Off Road Rock Slider

I was going to build my own, but ended up buying this kit for $260 shipped. It then only took me about 4 hours or so to trim and weld the legs on and weld the co.pleted sliders to the frame, whereas Id have probably spent a full day trying to piece something together from scratch. And, since I have no way to bend, Id have either had to settle on a rougher, more angular design, or would have had to pay for bent pieces, which would have further narrowed the gap.

I made these with some 2” square tube and a buddies old sliders. I welded legs to the frame with 1/4” plate welded on the frame first. I cut the old sliders down and made the kick out. They’ve been problem free and work great on the rocks.
