Custom GPS Mount

Ok. I was in the drive through and playing around with my credit card and found it fits in above the radio. Then I thought I could stick my GPS disk on some old cards and mount it there. I hate having it on the window. Here are the results. I stuck three cards together. Then the disk. Shoved it in and walla. Easy to reach and see.

Looks good, is it solid? Does it shake or rattle going over bumps and the such?

Very solid. Im sure if someone had some metal sheets they could make a stiffer one, but I like it alot.

Will yours stay there? Before it was stolen I used to mount my garmin there during road trips and it would fall down in the floorboard every few hours.

I've got the factory carpet ones but they're in the cargo area cuz they're stained up. Gonna order some nice all weather mats!

Get weather techs, they're awesome. I've got the front ones, the back row ones and the cargo liner. They're one of the best mods I've done.

They're just floor mats, I think I can find them on google. Thanks for offering though

Thanks. I did this a year or so ago with stuff I had laying around the garage. I'll see what I can do to recreate it and do a write up.
