Those look really good, but I have a (probably stupid) question.

Why do the over-sleeves have so much material cut off them? Almost half of the diameter for the entire length has been cut away. Wouldn't they be much stronger without the cutouts? You know, like if they were a full tube the whole length?

It's just for the look. They would have been a little stronger without the windows. But if I bend these, they probably would have bent with a full over sleeve.

A full over sleeve seems like a waste of time IMO. In that case just run thick wall 1.750" tubing. If you can't find thick tubing you can run a full over sleeve to achieve the same affect.

See the link above. They make 4 sizes (small, medium, large, x-large)
these are the large. They are the perfect size and don't require any modifications to the factory mount. The uppers would use the medium size joint. Uppers will be made next.

So the large will fit the lower mounts? The summit machine site says use the medium and I measured my lower mounts and they are about 2-3/8, but that was with the factory arms in and tightened down. I wasn't sure if the factory mounts would open up to 2-5/8 to accommodate the large flex joint

They are the medium. 2-3/8" mounting width.

The small SM Flex Joints will work with a shim. They are about 1/8" narrower than the pivot bracket.

where are you sourcing the oem bushings from? and what size tubing are you pressing them into?

You can get the rubber bushings at the dealer or online. If your bushings are good they can be pressed out and reused. Just make sure they are the later style. If your lower link bushings look like the upper link bushings they are the older style and not very flexible. I cut the end loops off an oem link, clean them up and reuse them. If you have access to a lathe they are easy to make out of DOM.
