Custom rack like Gobi?

About a year ago I remember seeing a rack similar to the Gobi but it had movable crossbars and was cheaper. I can not remember who made it and for the life of me I cant find anything.

Does anybody remember who makes them? I just remember it was a small custom shop.

Here are the rack specs:
Size: 84" L x 45" W x 4" H (2" mounts is not included in measurement)
Height increase from roof including mounts: 6"
# mounts: 6 (3 per side - center mount rests on the rubber strip)
Tubing: 1" OD - 4130 Chromoly
approx. weight: 88 - 110 lbs (sunroof opening vs full floor)
Rack floor: fully welded metal grating
Front light tabs: 4 front tabs able to handle up to 8" round lights

Rack: $1,100 for both versions (w/ sunroof and w/o sunroof) + shipping
Accessory bar: $32 each (set of clamps and bar) + shipping

Rack: $1,400 for both versions (w/ sunroof and w/o sunroof) + shipping
Accessory bar: $50 each (set of clamps and bar) + shipping
Sunroof extension: $220 + shipping

Lead time will be 4-6 weeks.
