CV axle angle after lift

Well to give you an idea this is how I'm sitting. I measured it and I'm at 38 inches from ground to fender. What I have is in my signature. I am running the diff drop kit as well.

Take out the spacer and you probably got the wrong spring or wrong spacer. I say spring because that rubber isolator for the top hat is squished. Take it to another shop for alignment. If you can't get it to oem spec with Lr uca then somethings broken. Only thing to change cv angle is diffdrop

Top plate spacer was the issue. Took it out this morning and everything worked fine. I guess my driveway is not as level as I thought it was. When I got the 4Runner into the garage it measured a little higher. About 24 3/8". After taking the spacers out I'm about 23 7/8" hub to fender. I beat on it and couldn't get the vibration to come back. Guess I'm good for now.

Thanks for the help everyone!

I'm having the exact same problem but with OME 886 and Bilsteins set at 1.75 with a drop bracket. I'm getting a bumper Monday and I thought 1.75 would make it sit level with a bumper.

Mine locks very rarely after the bracket but its good to know that lowering it will solve all problems.

If you plan on driving it while wait for the bumper then watch your cv boots. I was able to rub through a inner boot in about 150 miles.

I have CV binding at full turns too. My lift is just over 37" off ground to fender (front) as someone pointed out they had 38" and their's was fine. My lift also looks a bit odd to me; the front is way up high, I hope it will come down once steel bumper goes on (this actually forces me to expedite my decision of getting steel bumper), but currently I almost have no droop. I measured before lift and after, it is 4" gain, I assumed that it is because OEM springs compressed too much over time.

how do you make pictures smaller? Always hated when people upload large photos, now I am one of them :ybrick:

I could be losing my mind...but is that Microsoft campus in the first pic?

Update:
After getting new wheels and tires, had alignment professionally done and there is no more binding. What I think was happening is that I pushed the UCAs all the way in to adjust for camber when I did "home alignment" instead of messing with LCA, and that actually gave the truck extra lift and squeezed the axles a bit, just enough to give it a bind. The shop centered the UCAs' adjustment for camber and did the rest of the alignment using LCAs. So happy now, can finally turn freely without worrying of ruining my CVs.
