CV axle wobble?

Ok, so I hate to start a new thread regarding CVs, but I think my Toyota remans may be messed up already somehow. I've been having a vibration in the steering wheel and in the floor around 45-55 mph. What I discovered today leads me to believe that it could be the axles.

I had my 4runner on the lift today getting my rotors turned due to them being warped and they were using an on-the-car lathe. As the lathe was turning the hub, I looked at the axles spinning and I noticed the axles wobbling up and down. I figure that this is not normal. I grabbed and pushed/pulled on them but they are solid. I'm not too sure as to why they are like this so any input would be awesome.

As an FYI I within the past 3 weeks I installed my OME 3in lift using the 886/896 setup no bumpers yet. I did Camberg UCAs and new balljoints and bushings in the LCAs. I am running Spidertrax 1.25" spacers and 285/70/17 BFG KO2s. I also got new hub/bearing assemblies installed plus the new reman CVs. I did all of the installs myself. I did put new inner seals when I did the new axles, plus the outer dust seals. At first I thought it may be the tires being unbalanced since I have heard that these tires can be hard to balance (which I have done my third balancing today where they changed the location and size of the weight).

Hopefully I get some good input on this really irritating issue. Thanks in advanced.
